Quality

"Quality is not a destination, but only a journey to reach destination."

Quality of herbs has become a major concern following reports of heavy metals in Indian herbs. Adulteration of plants is a serious problem. Some of the common adulterants are: botanicals, toxic metals, microorganisms, microbial toxins, pesticides, and fumigation agents. Such contamination can lead to serious harm to patients taking such remedies and could also interfere with the assessment of safety in a clinical trial. Quality has to be assured at all stages - herbal raw materials, processing of herbals and finished herbal medicines.

The quality in the shop floor from where we are outsourcing our products is embedded in the system and not merely a departmental obligation. It is significant to everything and everyone in the organization.

To ensure total Quality Management, the Quality Assurance (QA) department in the factory is autonomous in its functioning. We ensure that all medicine formulated are duly tested on well designed quality parameters to meet industry demand. Our team of Quality Analysts also ensure that machines and apparatus used for processing of the drug are duly cleaned thus facilitating the execution in utmost hygienic conditions.

Raw materials are accepted for manufacturing only after it is found to be complying with standard grade by our in-house specifications. As we reiterate our commitment to quality and strive to produce a zero defect product.

Each equipment / system / utility / process is validated prior to use by our experienced quality assurance team.

We ensure conformity to GMP standards by offering quality medicines thus satisfying the basic needs and wants of our customers.
