DEFINITION OF PILES –
(a) Enlarged blood vessels in an around rectum and accompanied by pain, bleeding & itching.
(b) Piles are swelling on the inside of anal canal a short muscular tube that connect rectum.
(c) Piles are dilated blood vessels in rectal mucosa which form a mass in the anal canal (classified as internal and external haemorrhoids).

TYPES OF PILES
(a) First degree piles are swelling on the inside lining of the anal canal.
(b) Second degree are little warts at the tip of anus and stick out.
(c) Third degree are similar but hang out from the anus only return when pushed back.
(d) Fourth degree, big warts permanently hangs out from the anus. They are extremely painful and
accompanied by blood in the clots.

CAUSES :
More common in countries where processed food, low in fibre and more spices/oil is consumed.
This leads to pressure in the abdomen that causes blood vessels to swell and become enlarged.
Constipation, over-weight, heavy lifting jobs, standing or sitting for long hours and during and after pregnancy are the main reasons causing problem of piles.

COMPLICATION OF HAEMORRHOIDS:
1. Strangulations when haemorrhoids that sticks out of the body (Prolapsed). Swell considerably and the blood start flowing into it, cannot return inside the anus.
2. Thrombosis when the blood clots in the swollen haemorrhoid forming Thromboses haemorrhoids.
3. Infection, when an abscess form around the rectum causes pain and inflammation.
4. Tissue death or Gangrene when there is a lack of blood supply to the haemorrhoids.

Dos: Fibrous food, drinking lot of water, green vegetables, fruits and exercise etc.

​

Don'ts: Avoid spices, coffee, alcohol, smoking, heavy weight lifting, horse riding, cycling, stress and strain.

Caution: Patient must not ever eat BRINJAL (baingan) before & after administration of Pylo. Pylo offers only 50% results if brinjal is eaten. Therefore brinjal is not advised pre and post therapy.

ADMINISTRATION DOSAGE OF PYLO TABLET

• To start with if the patient is suffering from constipation then he or she must take 2 tea spoonful of Pylolax churna along with lukewarm water before going to bed continuously for two days before starting a therapy of Pylo tablets.

• Constipation is one of the commonest causes of this problem therefore if it is not treated before starting a therapy then Pylo alone may not give the desired results.

• After getting fresh patient should take 3 tablets empty stomach one hour before breakfast then 3 tablets 1 hour before lunch and 3 tablets at night one hour before dinner.

• Therefore 1 bottle containing 9 tablets has to be taken in 1 day.

• After a gap of 1-2 days, course of 9 more tablets should be taken as mentioned above.

• Please remember Pylo tablet must be taken with fresh 1 1/2 cup of Matha / Chhach/Buttermilk with no sugar or salt. Matha should always be fresh. Please avoid Khatta or Sour Matha to get better result.

• If Matha or Chhach is not available because of any reason then the curd should be made from Suppreta or double toned milk, add little water in the curd without adding salt or sugar and then take the course.

• Although the patient will get results with plain water also but mattha/chhach will offer better absorption of Pylo tablets.

RESULTS
Dry Piles - Patients will get 90% relief from pain and discomforts within day or two after taking the 1st dose of 9 tablets. To get best benefit patient must repeat the 2nd dose of 9 tablets after a gap of one or two days. Patients are advised not to take Brinjal and avoid taking red chilies especially oily food to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Bleeding Piles – If the bleeding does not stop after taking above mentioned 2 courses then the 3rd course of 9 tablets should be repeated after a gap of 3 - 4 days to stop the bleeding since the blood is already accumulated in the capillary in and around the anus, it might just take two to three days to get out in some of the cases. Company does not claim any relief in patients suffering from fissure but still many patient have found relief from fissure problems.

Surgery
Patient suffering from IIIrd and IVth degree piles where surgery is absolutely needed then the course of Pylo tablets can be taken post surgery because it helps in post surgery healing process.
